I love a good vent, I love to laugh at silliness and I try and bring silliness into my world as often as possible.
Who is wendishness?
I’m Wendy, I live on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia with my husband and silly cat, I am a mother of stillborn twin boys, a step-mum to two lovely lads and and I currently on disability due to a number of health issues.
I enjoy blogging and other social networking sites, I am interested in photography and just getting started with my first DSLR, I love writing and hope to publish a book in the near future as well. I love music, not only have I played a few different instruments in the past, I find it’s a great way to enhance a mood.
I am a keen supporter of worthwhile causes, this year I am taking part in the Leukaemia Foundation’s WORLD’S GREATEST SHAVE and I’m shaving! My current photo was part of the Gold Coast Launch of the WGS where I got my hair coloured at the Court House Hotel in Southport. I will be shaving there on March 12th between 6pm and 9pm so please come and join in and help us raise funds and awareness for Leukaemia, Lymphomas, Myeloma and other blood disorders. My life has mostly been a shambles but that’s cool, I’m a strong person and can fight through almost anything thrown my way. At present I am fighting a number of health issues, but being such a strong person, I can beat just about anything.
